Properties: monoclinic crystal at normal temperature, melting point: 152 °C , boiling point: 337.5 °C , relative density: 1.366, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, aether and acetone etc., slightly soluble in water, solubility: 2.3g/100g in 25 °C water. With low toxicity, it can be used with citric acid or tartaric acid.
